Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Client Development for the South Coast Plaza boutique.

You will craft and evolve client outreach programs aligned to the brand vision and boutique objectives, elevating client engagement and service standards across VIC and other elite segments. The role requires leadership experience, extensive industry relationships, and the ability to partner with corporate and boutique teams to deliver high-impact client experiences and premium events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set client development strategy for VIC, High Potential, and other top client segments.
• Develop client outreach programs aligned to boutique priorities.
• Lead client and business development strategies with boutique management and corporate teams.
• Develop and implement high ROI event strategies for the boutique with Events team.
• Build a strong high-end local clientele in a specific area.
