Solovis is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Analyst to manage client relationships and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of investment data and reporting for institutional clients. Qualifications

• Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships in professional services, financial services, or institutional investment.
• Background in institutional investment operations (portfolio data, reporting, reconciliation, or fund administration).
• Experience at custodian banks, fund administrators, investment consultants, endowments, foundations, or private wealth firms is a plus.
• Familiarity with investment data platforms, portfolio management systems, or reporting tools beyond Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing expectations and building trust through clear, professional communication
• Oversee delivery of portfolio data, performance reporting, and reconciliation outputs to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Navigate escalations and resolve client issues with confidence and professionalism
• Apply working knowledge of investment operations, custodian reconciliation, and fund administration workflows to support data quality and reporting accuracy
• Work within investment data platforms and reporting tools to manage and troubleshoot client deliverables
• Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement as manual operational work continues to be automated
