Job summary

Citi is building the next generation of AI-powered financial products. VP-level Data and AI Solutions Managers will lead AI use-case delivery, engage enterprise clients, and shape product programs across Investor Services.

You will own end-to-end AI use cases, validate solutions with clients, and drive go-to-market plans from prototype to launch. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

6+ years of solutions/product management experience
Experience building, launching, or scaling AI/ML-powered products or digital platforms
Experience with Data Solutions APIs and Cloud Data Sharing
3+ years of direct or indirect external client-facing experience
Deep understanding of AI concepts, model risk management, responsible AI frameworks, and enterprise governance
Exceptional stakeholder management skills in a global matrixed organization
Background in a financial services domain (Payments/Transaction Banking/Investor Services/Capital Markets)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across audiences

Responsibilities

Identify, scope, and drive delivery of Data and AI-powered capabilities for clients
Engage enterprise clients to validate solutions and co-create products
Define go-to-market plans for AI products from prototype to launch
Drive client adoption of data products including cloud data sharing and APIs
Coordinate with Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Legal for alignment
Manage geographic rollout of Data and AI capabilities across markets with local regulatory considerations
