Responsibilities

• Lead a team and work with senior management to prioritize work and ensure projects finish on time and to specifications.
• Analyze and explain portfolio performance results.
• Conduct account reconciliations, researching and resolving all breaks, cancels, and corrections.
• Analyze private equity and hedge fund statements for system input.
• Work with clients and partners to resolve data issues.
• Develop client relationships via onboarding, account setup, training, and ongoing support.
• Maintain system configuration, new client setup, and data feed management.
• Create custom reports and liaise with vendor partners on enhancements and data issues.
• Establish operational effectiveness through policies, procedures and controls.
