iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist Associate to join the Data Solutions team in Salt Lake City. You will set up and maintain financial software, assist clients with issues, and support ad-hoc projects.

This role blends finance and technology and requires 3–5 years in a related field plus a Bachelor's degree. The base salary is $75,000–$85,000, with equity, a bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client service or wealth management setting.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and wealth management policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance results and explain findings.
• Perform account level reconciliation and resolve breaks and errors.
• Create custom reports and support client onboarding and training.
• Configure client setups, including new accounts and asset classifications.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to resolve data issues.
