Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an Associate Vice President (AVP) of Client Implementation to shape and execute the implementation vision. This senior leader will drive operational excellence, ensure seamless onboarding, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver client-focused outcomes.

The AVP will mentor the team, manage complex client deployments, and partner with regional leaders to forecast workload and allocate resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years related experience required or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education preferred.
• 4+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• HRIS/CRM/Systems experience preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analysis.
• Experience with PrismHR or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on leader by overseeing and, when necessary, directly executing complex client implementations to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the Client Implementation team, driving employee development, performance management, and adherence to best practices in implementation processes and procedures.
• Maintain strong partnerships with Regional Sales Leaders, regularly reviewing pipeline and forecast reports to anticipate incoming deal flow and allocate resources effectively.
• Act as the second-level escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and managing internal troubleshooting to maintain service excellence.
• Collaborate with the VP of Client Implementation to assign new clients within designated regions, ensuring quality control, adherence to timelines, and successful onboarding outcomes.
• Support new hire screening, onboarding, and training initiatives, while leading ongoing coaching and development sessions to build team capability and engagement.
• Actively participate in leadership meetings, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring the department meets or exceeds performance targets.
• Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, service standards, and client expectations.
• Manage escalations, resolve complex implementation issues.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risk profiles, resource needs, and client‑readiness.
• Help communicate and implement organizational changes impacting client implementation processes.
• Step in for the VP of Client Implementation during absences to maintain continuity of operations.
• Some domestic travel may be required to attend team onsite meetings, client visits, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions.
• Regular, on‑site attendance is an essential job function due to the need for secure access to systems, collaboration on sensitive technical matters, participation in operational meetings, and hands‑on involvement.
