Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze policies across legacy companies to determine coverage and liability.
• Investigate and analyze claim facts to determine liability and appropriate action.
• Develop and execute strategic file management plans for large exposure claims.
• Maintain effective relationships with account contacts and coordinate actions on assigned accounts.
• Estimate financial exposures and develop budgets for defense and indemnity.
