• COVERAGE RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS: Responsible for coverage analysis for claims and accounts with full damage values that often greatly exceed $1,000,000.
• LIABILITY INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS: Conduct thorough investigation and analysis of claim facts to determine liability and potential damages.
• LITIGATION MANAGEMENT: Develop and execute strategic file management plans, engage counsel, and coordinate settlements.
