Job summary

TransEleven Claims Managers (TCM) seeks a Senior Claims Counsel to manage a high-volume portfolio across PL/GL practice areas. The role is 100% remote after training at our Allen, TX offices and requires experience in insurance defense and liability claims.

You will oversee litigation management and negotiate with outside counsel, with opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of relevant experience, a JD, and is licensed to practice in at least one state.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience as an attorney in insurance litigation, insurance defense or liability claims.
• Licensed as an attorney in good standing in at least one state.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims administration and litigation management from initial analysis through resolution.
• Retain and manage outside counsel, negotiate and coordinate billing.
• Lead negotiations, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Prepare and present complex reporting to all parties involved.
• Demonstrate high-level problem solving, legal analysis and negotiation.
