Job summary

TransEleven Claims Managers (TCM) is seeking a Senior Claims Counsel to handle a high volume of claim files across PL/GL practice areas. After initial training at our Allen, TX offices, the role becomes 100% remote with nationwide availability.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of insurance litigation/claims experience, a JD from an accredited school, and active bar admission. Responsibilities include litigation management, outside counsel coordination, and complex reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as an attorney in insurance litigation and/or liability claims.
• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
• Excellent writing and verbal/video communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims administration and litigation management for a portfolio.
• Retain and manage outside counsel; negotiations, mediations, and settlements.
• Provide complex reporting and ensure regulatory/compliance standards.
