Job summary

TransEleven Claims Managers (TCM) seeks a Senior Claims Counsel to oversee a high-volume portfolio of claim files, including coverage analysis, litigation management and outside counsel coordination.

The successful candidate will manage negotiations, mediations and reporting, with strong writing and communication skills. Initial training occurs at our Allen, TX offices, after which the role becomes 100% remote, with nationwide eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years experience as an attorney in insurance litigation, defense and/or liability claims administration.
• JD from an accredited law school and admitted to a State Bar.
• Experience handling litigation, negotiations and complex reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims administration and litigation management for a portfolio of files from analysis to resolution.
• Retain and manage outside counsel, coordinate negotiations and mediations.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
