Job summary

TransEleven Claims Managers (TCM) is seeking a Senior Claims Counsel to oversee a high-volume portfolio across PL/GL practice areas, including coverage analysis, litigation management and negotiations. The role administers outside counsel, bills, and complex reporting, with remote work after initial training at our Allen, TX offices.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of insurance defense and liability claims experience, a JD, and active state bar admission.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years as attorney in insurance litigation/defense and liability claims.
• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one state.
• Strong writing samples and communication for international calls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims administration and litigation management for portfolios.
• Engage in coverage analysis, negotiations, and settlements.
• Manage outside counsel and billing; report complex metrics.
