Job summary

TransEleven Claims Managers (TCM) is seeking a Senior Claims Counsel to manage a high-volume portfolio across PL/GL practice areas, including litigation and outside counsel management. Remote work is available after initial training at our Allen, TX offices.

You will oversee coverage analysis, claims strategy, negotiations, mediations, and reporting to stakeholders. Licensure in at least one state and strong writing and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience as an attorney in insurance litigation and/or professional/general liability claims.
• Licensed attorney in good standing and able to obtain required certifications.
• Strong writing and verbal communication for high-level negotiations.
• Experience managing outside counsel and complex litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims administration and litigation management for a portfolio of files.
• Engage in coverage analysis, strategy development, and negotiations.
• Retain and manage outside counsel, coordinate mediations and settlements.
• Prepare reporting for all stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
