TransEleven Claims Managers (TCM) seeks a qualified attorney to join our team as Senior Claims Counsel, handling a high volume of claim files in multiple PL/GL practice areas. 100% remote after initial training at our Allen, TX offices.

You may reside anywhere in West Virginia. The right candidate will work on claims administration, litigation management, and negotiations, with outside counsel retained as needed, in a fast‑paced, ethical environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as an attorney in insurance litigation/defense and/or PL/GL claims administration.
• JD from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
• Licensed Insurance Adjuster or willingness to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims administration and litigation management for a portfolio of files from analysis to resolution.
• Retain and manage outside counsel, negotiate, mediate, and report on costs and progress.
• Engage in high‑level problem solving, legal analysis and negotiations.
