Job summary

Worley in Texas is seeking a Senior Workface Planner - Civil/Structural to drive readiness and productivity by developing detailed workface planning strategies for civil and structural construction activities. You will ensure packages are complete, executable, and aligned with schedules and field priorities.

You will coordinate engineering, procurement, materials management, construction, and project controls to produce Installation Work Packages and construction-ready plans, supporting field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Typically 7+ years in industrial or civil/structural construction.
• Experience developing IWPs and CWPs and related planning deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of civil/structural drawings, specs, and field execution practices.
• Experience with AWP/CWPs/IWPs and workface planning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement civil/structural workface planning strategies.
• Prepare and maintain IWPs and CWPs.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, materials, construction, and project controls to ensure readiness.
• Verify drawings, materials, permits, equipment, and tools are available before field release.
• Support field execution by aligning work packages with schedules and workforce.
