Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial civil/structural construction or project controls.
• Experience developing IWPs and CWPs.
• Strong knowledge of civil/structural drawings and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement civil/structural workface planning strategies to support execution goals.
• Prepare, review, and maintain Installation Work Packages (IWPs) and related planning docs.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, materials, construction, and project controls for readiness.
• Verify drawings, materials, permits, equipment, and docs before field release.
• Support scheduling alignment with project milestones and workforce needs.
• Identify constraints and work with teams to create mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for changing conditions.
• Participate in readiness reviews and constructability assessments.
• Provide planning guidance to field supervisors and project stakeholders.
• Forecast labor, material, and equipment needs; coordinate sequencing.
