Worley is seeking a Senior Workface Planner - Piping to drive construction readiness and productivity across piping activities on complex projects in the energy, chemicals and resources sectors. You will integrate engineering, procurement, project controls, and field teams to ensure IWPs are complete, executable, and aligned with schedules and field priorities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in industrial construction, piping construction, field engineering, or project controls.
• Experience developing and managing Installation Work Packages (IWPs) and construction work packages.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and implementing piping workface planning strategies that support project execution goals and construction productivity targets.
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining IWPs and related construction planning documentation.
• Coordinating engineering, procurement, materials management, construction, and project controls teams to ensure work package readiness.
• Verifying that drawings, materials, permits, tools, equipment, and supporting documentation are available before work is released to the field.
• Supporting construction execution by ensuring piping work packages align with project schedules, milestones, and workforce requirements.
• Identifying constraints that could impact field execution and collaborating with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitoring project progress and adjusting work plans to address changing priorities and field conditions.
• Participating in construction planning meetings, readiness reviews, constructability reviews, and schedule coordination sessions.
• Supporting productivity improvement initiatives through effective work packaging, sequencing, and resource planning.
• Providing technical guidance and planning support to field supervisors, construction management, and project teams.
• Assisting with forecasting labor requirements, material needs, and construction sequencing activities.
• Promoting adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements throughout construction planning and execution activities.
• Preparing reports, presentations, performance metrics, and planning updates for project leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with client representatives and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and execution strategies.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing workface planning processes, tools, and execution effectiveness.
