Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Workface Planner for an active industrial site in Bastrop, TX. You will link engineering, procurement, materials, and construction teams to deliver complete, executable work packages and maintain safe, efficient project execution on major projects.

The role emphasizes construction readiness, planning discipline, and collaboration with project controls and field leadership to remove barriers and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in workface planning, construction planning, project controls or related roles.
• Experience on EPC/EPCM, energy, chemicals or industrial construction projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of work packaging, sequencing and construction readiness processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction work packages for field execution.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and project controls activities to ensure readiness.
• Identify and remove constraints impacting productivity and schedule performance.
• Review drawings and specifications to derive work package requirements.
• Ensure materials, tools, permits, and labor are available prior to work.
• Support labor forecasting, sequencing, and workforce optimization.
• Monitor readiness and report on progress and risks.
