Job summary

Luster is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support large heavy civil infrastructure programs, including highways, bridges, transit, and water projects. You will review schedules, test plans and recovery, and quantify delay value in time and money, with a focus on forensic and delay analysis.

This role is part of a talent pool for upcoming needs; you will be activated in the pool upon selection and notified when a project requires your skill set.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of scheduling experience on large heavy civil infra projects.
• Experience with CPM baseline schedule development and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated program master schedule across design, procurement, third-party, and construction contracts.
• Review baseline submittals and monthly updates for logic, durations, calendars, float, and loading; recommend acceptance or rejection.
• Verify progress against field records and challenge unfounded gains before payments or milestones.
• Run critical path and what-if analyses to test sequencing and recovery proposals; defend the plan.
• Perform forensic schedule analysis and document findings for negotiation, dispute resolution, and audit.
