Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality work within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage project execution, including scopes, budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables, and resource coordination across concurrent assignments.
• Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for project deliverables (plans, reports, calculations, specifications, estimates, and other technical docs).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team members, clients, agencies, and subconsultants to resolve issues and support timely delivery.
• Mentor engineers, designers, analysts, and staff through day-to-day direction and development support.
