Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the relevant state.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong business development, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil engineering projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and profitability.
• Mentor Project Managers and technical staff.
• Foster strong client relationships and pursue new business.
