Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state(s) required to support project work.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and supervise teams.
• Strong business development, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal client contact and foster long-term partnerships.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects with quality, schedule, and budget controls.
• Develop and negotiate project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and contracts.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams and mentor Project Managers and staff.
• Oversee project financial performance, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
• Review and approve technical deliverables for standards and client requirements.
• Perform QA/QC reviews, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Lead or support business development, including pursuits and proposals.
• Represent the firm in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to design standards and operational excellence.
