• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and profitability.
• Develop and negotiate project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and contracts.

• Oversee project financial performance, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
