Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects with quality, schedule, budget, and profitability objectives.
• Develop and negotiate project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and contracts.
• Provide leadership to project teams and mentor Project Managers and technical staff.
• Oversee project financial performance, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
• Lead business development efforts including pursuits, RFQs, and account growth.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
