Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers seeks a licensed Professional Engineer to lead technical design and execution on civil projects. You will own deliverables from concept through final design, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, coordinate across disciplines, and interact with clients and public agencies while balancing quality, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires PE licensure and ABET-accredited program.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and produce complete engineering designs and analyses.
• Coordinate with PMs, subconsultants, and stakeholders.
• Review work for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Engage with clients and agencies to support projects.
• Lead traffic and transportation design tasks where applicable.
