Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years' experience as a civil engineer.
• Proficiency with 3D civil site design using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar.
• Proficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (HydroCAD, HEC-HMS, SWMM, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design efforts from proposal development through final design and construction support.
• Serve as technical lead and trusted adviser for project teams and clients.
• Review reports, maps, drawings, test results, and geotechnical/hydrologic data to support design development.
• Develop grading plans, drainage layouts, earthwork optimization, and quantity estimates using 3D site design tools.
• Oversee drawing production, provide guidance to staff, and review work products for quality and constructability.
