Job summary

Arcadis seeks a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Design Engineering team. You will lead complex site development, reclamation, restoration, stormwater, and civil infrastructure projects across North America.

The role is hybrid-flexible and may be based out of any Arcadis office in the Eastern US. You will guide projects from planning through design, permitting, construction support, and closeout, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with

Qualifications

BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
8+ years’ experience as a civil engineer.
Proficiency with 3D civil site design using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar.
Proficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software such as HydroCAD, HEC-HMS, SWMM or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering design efforts from proposal development through final design and construction support.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams and clients.
Oversee grading, drainage layouts, earthwork, and civil details using 3D design software.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage technical risk.
