Arcadis seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex site development, reclamation, and stormwater projects across North America. The role emphasizes technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, and collaboration with environmental scientists, geotechnical engineers, and project managers.

You will guide projects from feasibility through design, permitting, construction support, and closeout, using Civil 3D and other tools to optimize earthwork, drainage, and infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency with 3D civil site design using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar.
• Proficiency with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software (HydroCAD, HEC-HMS, SWMM).

Aufgaben

• Lead civil engineering design efforts from proposal through final design and construction support.
• Act as technical lead and advisor for project teams and clients.
• Evaluate regulations, permitting requirements, and engineering standards to develop designs.
• Oversee drawing production and provide guidance to staff.
• Respond to RFIs and support contractor coordination during construction.
