Arcadis is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex civil and environmental projects across North America. The role focuses on site development, reclamation, stormwater, and infrastructure, with hybrid work from an Eastern US office.
You will guide projects from planning through construction, supervise 3D site design, and mentor teams. The position emphasizes technical leadership, design optimization, client engagement, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualificações
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience.
- Proficiency with 3D civil site design using modeling software.
- Proficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
Responsabilidades
- Lead civil engineering design from proposal through final design and construction support.
- Provide technical leadership and act as trusted advisor to project teams and clients.
- Review technical reports, maps, drawings, and geotechnical data to support design development.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers.
