Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Senior CUCM engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level voice solutions including Call Manager, Unity Connection, and PSTN connectivity. The role emphasizes leading voice solution projects and providing Tier 2/3 support within a collaborative team.

The engineer will ensure high availability, perform system health monitoring, and align CUCM with security standards while working with PMO, NOC, and cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• Cisco certifications preferred: CCNA-VOICE, CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration.
• 7+ years of expertise with CUCM in large enterprise environments and knowledge of voice gateways (VG410/420/450).
• Experience with CUCM clustering, TLS/SRTP security, and PSTN connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support CUCM clusters, voice gateways and endpoints across multiple sites.
• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting for complex voice issues enterprise-wide.
• Lead voice-related projects, migrations, and tech refreshes.
• Collaborate with security groups to ensure compliance and secure CUCM deployments.
• Develop and maintain system designs, diagrams, and SOPs.
