Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Senior Cisco Unified Communications Engineer to design, implement and maintain enterprise voice solutions including CUCM, Unity Connection, and VoIP endpoints. The role requires leading implementations from planning to execution and providing Tier 2/3 support.

The candidate should have 7+ years of CUCM experience in a large enterprise, familiarity with Cisco voice gateways, SIP trunking, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CUCM experience in a large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco voice gateways and CUCM versions 14/15.
• Experience with Unity Connection, TLS/SRTP, and certificate management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support CUCM clusters, voice gateways and endpoints across multiple sites.
• Provide Tier 3/advanced troubleshooting for complex voice issues.
• Monitor CUCM health and performance; document issues and recommendations.
• Lead voice-related projects, migrations and tech refreshes.
• Collaborate with PMO, NOC and Security teams to ensure compliance and security.
• Develop and maintain system designs, diagrams and SOPs.
• Support maintenance activities such as patching and vulnerability management.
