Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Senior CUCM engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise voice solutions including Call Manager, Unity Connection, Emergency Responder and VoIP endpoints. The role requires leading voice deployments from planning to execution and providing Tier 2/3 support across a multi-site CUCM environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of expertise with CUCM in large enterprise environments
• Experience with Cisco voice gateways (VG410, VG420, VG450) and CUCM versions 14/15 is preferred
• Knowledge of CUCM security practices (TLS, SRTP, certificates) and Unity Connection integration with Call Manager

Responsibilities

• Configure and support CUCM clusters, voice gateways and endpoints across multi-site environments.
• Provide Tier 3/advanced investigations and troubleshooting of complex voice issues enterprise-wide.
• Monitor CUCM health, performance and availability; document issues and recommend mitigations.
• Lead enterprise voice projects, migrations, tech refreshes, and deployments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity/ IA groups to ensure security and compliance.
