Job summary

All Native Group seeks a Senior CUCM Engineer to design, implement and maintain enterprise-level voice solutions, including Call Manager, Unity Connection, and SIP trunking across a multi-site environment.

The role requires 7+ years of CUCM experience, deep clustering knowledge, and collaboration with security and NOC teams. A US citizen with security clearance readiness is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on CUCM experience in large enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of CUCM clustering, Unity Connection and SIP trunking.
• Experience with Cisco voice gateways (VG410/420/450) and security (TLS/SRTP).

Responsibilities

• Configure and support CUCM clusters, voice gateways, and endpoints across multiple sites.
• Lead Tier 3 troubleshooting and cross-site call routing issues.
• Collaborate with security and NOC teams to maintain compliance.
• Plan and execute voice-related projects and migrations.
