All Native Group seeks a Senior CUCM Engineer to design, implement and maintain enterprise voice solutions, including Call Manager, Unity Connection, Emergency Responder and VoIP endpoints. Lead planning-to-execution voice projects, ensure high availability, and provide Tier 2/3 support across the organization.

This role requires deep CUCM cluster design knowledge, strong collaboration with security teams, and mentoring of junior staff in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Competenze

• 7+ years of CUCM experience in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with Cisco voice gateways VG410, VG420, VG450.
• CUCM versions 14 or 15 preferred.
• Knowledge of TLS, SRTP and certificates for CUCM security.
• familiarity with 3rd party integration (Microsoft Teams).

Mansioni

• Configure and support CUCM clusters, voice gateways and endpoints in a multi-site environment.
• Lead voice-related projects, migrations, tech refreshes, deployments and implementations.
• Provide Tier 3/advanced troubleshooting of complex voice issues.
• Collaborate with PMO, NOC and Installations groups.
