This role involves expert knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, SBC SIP trunking, and LAN/WAN communications. The ideal candidate will coordinate with IT colleagues and vendor-partners to ensure smooth operations and successful migrations from legacy systems. Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager) versions 6x to 10x.
• Preferred experience with SBC SIP trunking, particularly ACME Packet.
• Expertise in multi-cluster design and integration including CUCM and Unity.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, deployment, and maintenance of IP telephony infrastructure.
• Coordinate with IT groups to resolve multi-disciplinary issues.
• Work with vendor-partners to ensure smooth operations and migrations.
