The role covers architecture, deployment, security accreditation, and ongoing lifecycle support for mission-critical UC solutions. The ideal candidate has TS/SCI with poly, 6+ years of UC engineering, and deep expertise in CUCM, SIP, PKI, and call center technologies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive Voice/UC engineering experience
• Expertise designing, deploying, and sustaining Cisco UC in large enterprises
• Experience with security accreditation processes for UC/voice systems

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of enterprise Cisco UC infrastructure from architecture to deployment and ongoing maintenance
• Design and implement next‑gen voice systems and call center technologies
• Coordinate integration across telephony, network, and secure communications for mission‑critical environments
• Support security hardening with PKI, SRTP, and compliance workflows
