Job summary

All Native Group seeks a Senior CUCM Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise voice solutions including Call Manager, Unity Connection and SIP trunking. You will lead deployments, ensure high availability, and collaborate with cybersecurity teams to meet standards. 7+ years of CUCM experience and Cisco voice certifications are preferred.

You will work in a team environment, provide Tier 3 support, and mentor junior staff while developing robust system designs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CUCM experience in a large enterprise.
• CCNA-VOICE, CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco voice gateways (VG410, VG420, VG450).
• CUCM versions 14 or 15 are preferable.
• TLS/SRTP certificates and CUCM security best practices.
• CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP trunking and PSTN connectivity.
• 3rd party integration experience (Microsoft Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication; mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support CUCM clusters, voice gateways and endpoints.
• Provide Tier 3/advanced level troubleshooting for complex voice issues.
• Monitor CUCM health, performance and availability enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with PMO, NOC and Installations teams.
• Lead voice-related projects, migrations and tech refreshes.
• Support maintenance activities including patching and changes.
• Mentor junior staff and share cross-training across teams.
