Job summary

Okta is seeking a Principal Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to drive customer success and large-scale CIAM deployments across top enterprise accounts. You will advise on architecture, optimize platform usage, and lead post-sales developer enablement while partnering with SI and GTM teams.

You will guide enterprise deployments, craft PoCs, NPIs, and enablement assets, and serve as a trusted advisor to engineering, security, and application teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a GTM/technical role delivering identity or SaaS to enterprise accounts.
• Expert-level Auth0 CIAM patterns including low-friction authentication and high-volume user management.
• Experience with global System Integrators and large-scale enterprise identity/cloud transformation projects.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and mobile SDKs.
• Deep knowledge of identity protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM).
• Strong CIAM security and threat defense expertise for modern auth flows.
• Proven track record with top-tier G2K/Fortune 100 customers.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to senior stakeholders and guide engineering leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide implementation patterns with top G2K accounts.
• Support NPIs with PoCs, demos, and enablement assets to drive technical wins.
• Collaborate with global SIs to design scalable deployment blueprints.
• Provide architectural guidance on Auth0 Actions, SDKs, and full-stack patterns.
• Bridge feedback between customers and Product Management for NPIs.
• Develop reusable samples and docs to train field teams and developers.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate debugging, docs, and implementation analysis.
• Manage multiple high-priority technical engagements and escalations.
