Job summary

Okta seeks a Senior Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to drive customer success, adoption, and retention across Global 2000 accounts. You will partner with enterprise teams, guide CIAM deployments, and serve as a technical liaison between customers and product management.

This technical, developer-focused role will enable post-sales success, support NPIs, and scale through reusable code samples and enablement assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams and GTM groups.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical GTM role delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
• Expert-level understanding of the Auth0 platform and CIAM patterns, including low-friction authentication and high-volume user management.
• Proven full-stack development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern mobile SDKs.
• Deep knowledge of identity protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Experience designing scalable CIAM security and threat defense.
• History of navigating large-scale IT landscapes for G2K customers.
• Bachelor degree in CS/IT or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Guide complex implementation patterns and resolve architectural challenges for G2K enterprise customers.
• Develop PoCs, early-adopter demos, and enablement assets to win technical deals.
• Provide architectural guidance on Auth0 Actions, SDKs, and modern full-stack patterns.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and Product Management to inform roadmap.
• Create reusable code samples and technical documentation for cross-team training.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate code generation and documentation.
• Manage multiple engagements with prioritization for high customer satisfaction.
