Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to drive customer success and deep product adoption across Global 2000 accounts. You will guide architectural decisions, support NPIs, and enable customer development teams with modern front-end patterns and SDKs.

You will collaborate with enterprise engineering and product management to source feature gaps and influence the product roadmap, while mentoring teams on best practices and providing rapid responses to escalations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a GTM technical role delivering identity or SaaS to enterprise accounts.
• Expert-level Auth0 CIAM knowledge including low-friction authentication and high-volume user management.
• Proven full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and mobile SDKs.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM.
• Strong CIAM security knowledge and ability to design scalable authentication flows.
• Experience navigating large-scale IT landscapes for G2K customers.
• Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & NPI Launch Support with PoCs and enablement assets for technical wins.
• Developer Enablement & Prototyping for Auth0 Actions and modern full-stack patterns.
• Product & NPI Feedback Loop with Product Management for roadmap enhancements.
• Field & Customer Mentorship through reusable samples and docs for teams.
• AI Tooling & Automation to accelerate code generation and documentation.
• Multi-Project Execution managing concurrent engagements and escalations.
