Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Engineering Manager II for the Cyber team to lead CIAM design and delivery across platforms such as Transmit Security, Ping Identity, Okta, and ForgeRock. You will guide end-to-end CIAM engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while advancing Deloitte's CIAM offerings.

You will balance security, privacy, and user experience while ensuring scalable architectures and reliable solutions for clients across industries.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ years of industry experience with IAM.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience customizing Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Manage end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to post-production support.
• Architect CIAM capabilities across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping, Okta, ForgeRock).
• Advise clients on security, privacy, and UX balance for digital channels.
• Oversee delivery teams, manage quality and risks, coordinate stakeholders.
• Build senior client relationships and contribute to Deloitte's CIAM offerings.
