Job summary

Deloitte France’s Cyber team seeks an Engineering Manager II to lead the design and delivery of CIAM solutions that align security, privacy, and customer experience with client digital goals.

You will manage end-to-end CIAM engagements, architect across Transmit Security, Ping Identity, Okta, and ForgeRock, mentor delivery teams, nurture senior client relationships, and help grow Deloitte’s CIAM offerings and alliances.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or relevant fields.
• 7+ years of industry experience.
• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 2+ years with Transmit Security and Ping Identity customization.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end CIAM engagements: requirements, design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and support.
• Architect CIAM across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping, Okta, ForgeRock) including MFA and adaptive access.
• Advise clients on security, privacy, and UX across digital channels.
• Oversee delivery teams, manage quality and risks, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Build senior client relationships and contribute to CIAM offerings and alliances.
