Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber team is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead CIAM design and end-to-end delivery for client engagements. You will steward architectural decisions across platforms such as Transmit Security, Ping Identity, Okta, and ForgeRock while balancing security with user experience.

You will mentor delivery teams, manage risks, and drive Deloitte's CIAM offerings, contributing to reusable assets and alliance growth across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of industry experience.
• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Manage end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to post-production support.
• Architect CIAM across platforms like Transmit Security, Ping, Okta, and ForgeRock.
• Advise clients on security, privacy, and user experience across channels.
• Oversee delivery teams, manage quality and risks, coordinate stakeholders.
• Build senior client relationships and contribute to Deloitte CIAM offerings.
