Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead CIAM design and delivery for client projects, overseeing architecture, security, and user experience across platforms such as Transmit Security, Ping Identity, Okta, and ForgeRock.

You will manage end-to-end CIAM engagements, mentor teams, build senior client relationships, and contribute to Deloitte's CIAM offerings and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, IT, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• 7+ years of industry experience and 7+ years in Identity and Access Management.
• 2+ years of hands-on customization experience with Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average based on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Manage end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to post-production support.
• Architect and implement CIAM across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping, Okta, ForgeRock).
• Advise clients on security, privacy, and user experience across channels.
• Oversee delivery teams, manage quality and risk, coordinate across stakeholders.
• Build senior client relationships and contribute to Deloitte's CIAM offerings and assets.
