Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber team seeks an Engineering Manager II to lead CIAM solution design and delivery, balancing security with user experience. You will manage end-to-end CIAM engagements—from requirements to deployment—across platforms such as Transmit Security, Ping Identity, Okta, and ForgeRock.

The role requires leadership, stakeholder coordination, and mentoring of delivery teams, plus building senior client relationships and contributing to Deloitte's CIAM offerings.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of industry experience.
• 7+ years of experience within Identity and Access Management.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools.
• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of CIAM solutions.
• Manage end-to-end CIAM engagements.
• Architect CIAM capabilities across platforms including Transmit Security, Ping Identity, Okta, and ForgeRock.
• Advise clients on balancing security, privacy, and user experience across digital channels.
• Oversee delivery teams, manage quality and risks, and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Build senior client relationships and contribute to Deloitte's CIAM offerings and alliance growth.
