Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber team seeks an Engineering Manager II to lead the design and delivery of CIAM solutions, aligning with client security, identity, and experience goals. You will oversee end-to-end engagements, from requirements to deployment and post-production support, across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or relevant fields.
• 7+ years of industry experience
• 7+ years of experience within Identity and Access Management
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools
• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions aligned to client digital, customer experience, and security objectives.
• Manage end-to-end CIAM engagements, including requirements gathering, solution design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Architect and implement CIAM capabilities across platforms such as Transmit Security, Ping, Okta, and ForgeRock, including registration, authentication, federation, MFA, adaptive access, and profile management.
• Advise clients on balancing security, privacy, and user experience across digital channels and translate business needs into scalable CIAM architectures and implementation plans.
• Oversee delivery teams, manage quality and risks, and coordinate across business, product, engineering, and security stakeholders.
• Build senior client relationships, support pursuit and expansion efforts, and contribute to Deloitte's CIAM offerings, reusable assets, and alliance growth.
