Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Engineering Management Specialist in our Cyber team to lead CIAM solution design and delivery for our clients. You will work with Transmit Security, Ping Identity, Okta, and ForgeRock to implement authentication, federation, MFA, and identity lifecycle processes.

You will translate business needs into scalable IAM architectures, document configurations, and support end-to-end engagements while coordinating with stakeholders, developers, testers, and alliance partners.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, IT, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience.
• At least 4 years in Identity and Access Management.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Transmit Security and Ping Identity.
• Ability to travel 25–50% on average based on client work.

Responsibilities

• Support design/implementation of CIAM solutions aligned to client security goals.
• Participate in end-to-end CIAM engagements from discovery to deployment.
• Configure CIAM across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping Federate, Okta, ForgeRock).
• Translate requirements into scalable IAM solutions and create documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, cyber specialists, developers, testers and vendors to drive milestones.
