Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber team is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead CIAM design and delivery, aligning to client digital goals and security objectives. You will oversee end-to-end engagements, architect CIAM across platforms, and advise on balancing security with user experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating across business, product, engineering, and security stakeholders, mentoring teams, and growing Deloitte's CIAM offerings and assets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of industry experience and IAM experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Transmit Security and Ping Identity customization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of CIAM solutions aligned to security and experience goals.
• Manage end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to post-production.
• Architect CIAM across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping, Okta, ForgeRock).
• Advise on balancing security, privacy and user experience.
• Oversee delivery teams, manage risks, coordinate stakeholders.
• Build senior client relationships and contribute to offerings.
