Job summary

Deloitte Cyber is seeking a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to lead CIAM design and implementation for client engagements in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on work with Transmit Security, Ping Identity, Okta, and ForgeRock to deliver secure identity solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IAM, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines. Some travel (25–50%) is expected to support client projects.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of industry experience.
• 4+ years of experience within Identity and Access Management.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools.
• Travel 25-50% depending on client and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support CIAM design and implementation aligned to client digital transformation and security objectives.
• Participate in end-to-end CIAM engagements including requirements gathering, current-state assessment, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Configure CIAM capabilities across platforms such as Transmit Security, Ping Federate, Okta, and ForgeRock, including authentication, federation, MFA, and lifecycle processes.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable identity solutions and develop documentation, process flows, test plans, and delivery artifacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, cyber specialists, developers, testers, and vendor teams to drive milestones and build client relationships through quality delivery.
• Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
