Job summary

Okta is seeking a Principal Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to lead enterprise-scale CIAM deployments and architect secure, scalable identity solutions. You will work with top G2K accounts, guiding architecture, debugging complex configurations, and driving post-sales success across multiple teams.

The role combines post-sales support with developer enablement, NPIs, and strategic feedback to influence product direction.

Qualifications

10+ years in a customer-facing technical GTM role delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
Expert-level understanding of the Auth0 platform and CIAM patterns, including high-volume user management.
Experience collaborating with global System Integrators and driving multi-year identity transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Strategic Architectural Advisory & Troubleshooting with top G2K Enterprise Customers to define patterns and resolve complex configuration challenges.
Pre-Sales & NPI Launch Support with PoCs and enablement assets to secure technical wins and early pipeline.
System Integrator collaboration to design scalable deployment blueprints and ensure architectural alignment.
Developer enablement and prototyping on Auth0 Actions, SDKs, and modern full-stack patterns.
Product & NPI feedback loop between customers and Auth0 Product Management to drive roadmap enhancements.
